Check cloude based apps, like IFTTT, if triggers are programmed for your Hue system. If so, disable them. When the problem still occurs you can choose the ‘clean up’ function in the Philips Hue app. Got to 'Settings' > 'Hue bridge' > tap on ‘i’ > 'Clean up' > 'Clean up'. Note: All data will be cleaned from your Hue bridge, incl. Personal scene, routines, etc.
