I have plugged in my Hue lightstrip or lightstrip plus, followed all the steps, but the Hue app cannot find any new light. What should I do? 

The Hue lightstrip plus is ready to be connected to a bridge when you unpack it. If it doesn't work, use the serial number which is printed on the RF-box. Launch the Philips Hue app, Go to “Settings” > "Light setup" > tap on "+" > tap on "+ Add serial number" and follow the onscreen instructions.
