How does "A smarter security light" work?

This setting works with the nest cameras. These cameras generate events when they detect movement. The idea of this setting is to make it seem like you've heard a noise and turned on the lights in your bedroom (or somewhere else in the house) when the camera detects motion in the garden or another entryway to your house. When a movement is detected, we first check if its dark outside and (optionally) if you are away from home for 24h. If these conditions are met then we turn on the chosen lights after a short random interval to make it seem natural. To prevent that you come home to your lights being on we'll turn off the lights again when movement has stopped for 15 minutes.
