I cannot log in to My Hue via the Philips Hue app, what can I do?

• In order to log in to My Hue, please use the Philips Hue app (Select Explore > Log in to My Hue)

• Please make sure you enter the username and password you have used before. If you do not remember your password, select “Forgot your password” and check your email. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to retrieve the password, you can also create a new account and link the bridge to the new account.

• If you still experience problems, please make sure your smart phone or tablet has enough available memory by closing all other apps and restarting your phone before you log in.
