A small number of Philips Hue luminaires named “Fair”, “Being” and “Still” do not meet our quality and safety standards. In some cases, product parts have been reported to become loose or break off. All products manufactured after November 7 2016, or other Philips Hue products, are not affected.
As precaution and to live up to our quality standards we would like to contact you and correct the issue involved. In case you have a product that carries one of the article numbers outlined above, we kindly request you to call our toll-free call center.
